Yellowtail Jack Sushi (hamachi)

Turn it into sashimi and eat all of it raw!

Ingredients/Directions

  • yellow jack, cut into sashimi

  • kombu, slice very thinly and garnish

  • black garlic, slice thinly and garnish

  • black truffle essence, sprinkle

  • light sesame seed oil, drizzle just a little

Prepare wasabi root or paste with a side of shoyu, dip and serve!
