Halibut ceviche

Worried about over-cooking your halibut? Don’t! Grab a few essentials, marinate and enjoy. It’s party time.

Ingredients:

  • California halibut filet, slice into smallish pieces

  • 1/2 red onion, diced

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • cilantro, chopped (however much you like, don’t go too crazy)

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • salt, pepper, or tajin is great

  • juice of 3 limes and 1/2 a grapefruit if you have it

Method

  1. chop it up

  2. toss together

  3. marinate for about 30min-1hour+

  4. serve with chips and your favorite beverage and enjoy!
