This mellow, buttery fish fillet is a real treat. It’s fatty and delicious. That sounds redundant but there it is.
Broiled Sablefish with Anchovy Butter
If you still have the boquerones you made the other week preserved in olive oil– bust it out!
Anchovy Butter Ingredients
beat the butter until it’s soft
combine ingredients & use immediately or make extra and freeze
arrange your sablefish filets skin-down on a roasting pan
top with anchovy butter
broil for 7-8 minutes or until flakey
plate your fish and drizzle with pan butter
