I recreated this dish from my memory of eating steamed fish in Chinese restaurants when I was young.  It’s a fairly simple dish to make and it tastes really good.

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Does this qualify as a "recipe"? I don't know, but it's one of our favorite ways to enjoy anchovies, so here goes:
