Broiled Sardines with lemon wedges
It's almost too easy, but these little guys are so delicious, you can't go wrong.
olive oil or melted butter
salt & pepper

First, clean and rinse your fish, then pat them dry. You can leave the heads on, for effect. Preheat your broiler and slather a bit of olive oil (or melted butter if you're feeling saucy) on your beautiful fishies. Salt and pepper them as you like. Lay them artistically in your baking dish and broil 4 minutes on each side, flipping them once. Squeeze with lemon and a cold drink. Cheers!
