Panko-sauteed petrale sole
Pick up some panko it's time for a petrale party!
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb petrale sole fillets
salt & pepper as you like it
white wine or beer for the chef
Open your package, admire the fillets, and salt and pepper your fish
In a shallow bowl, beat 1 egg. Add panko to the second shallow bowl
Heat your pan on medium-high, then add the oil & swirl to coat
Dip your fish fillets in the egg, then coat with panko and add to the hot pan
sauté 3 minutes per side, flip and repeat
squeeze with a lemon - cheers! (pictured here with new potatoes and green salad)
note: feel free to add a bit of parmesan to the panko, also very tasty!
